It's Hockey Night in Fort Wayne

Last night it was hockey night in Fort Wayne, and although I was unable to attend thanks to the newspaper I was able to hear about the events of the game. The Fort Wayne Komets beat Bloomington 6-2. Quite a blowout if you ask my professional advice. It was an exciting game. Leo Thomas, Konstantin Shafrenov, and Brad MacMillan all scored one point. Where you ask then did we get the other 3 points. This is the awesome part,(drum roll please!) Matt Syroczynski got a hat trick. For those of you that don't know what a hat trick is, please allow me to tell you. A hat trick is 3 goals, in one a game. A very impressive feat.

Books

I love books. I usually finish about 1 book a day. Depending on a) how long I get to read and b) how long the book is. One of the books that I just finished that I would like to tell you about is,"Operation Yes!" I loved of "Operation Yes" soo much I made my dad read it!!

The first book I'm going tell you about is "Operation Yes!" This book is about a class in an army base that has a crazy teacher named Mrs. Loupe. On the first day of school she uses duct tape to create the "Taped Space" in this space they use Improvisation to create acts. Then when Mrs. Loupe's brother gets injured in combat the kids have to do something so spactacular that it can be called only one thing, "Operation Yes"

I loved this book and hope that you do to!

Photoshop

We just got a new device for our computer, called photoshop. Most of you have probably heard of it. Why you ask yourself, why did we get photoshop? Well Maria takes computer in school and since she thought that it was great we decided to give it a try. I just recently discovered how on earth you use lasso. My advice is just to cut and past. It is alot easier than going to all of the forums and video tutorials, that don't even explain what to do! These are my first 2 creations. Enjoy!!!!!! Sorry our computer is being really slow today.
