Last night was the end of the 2010 Turner Cup playoffs. I would like to salute the Flint Generals for there good performance. Please pause here as a second or so of remembrance of their battle! Now on to the real game. The Komets were winning 3-0 for the first 2 periods. Then finally in the last period The Flint Generals got their head and they scored 2 goals in the last period. For the last 2 minutes of the game everyone was on their feet hoping that the Generals wouldn't score. Please enjoy the video as you learn what happens in Fort Wayne when the Komets win their 3rd STRAIGHT TURNER CUP!!!!! This was the first time that this has been done in the 85 year history of the Komets history! During a break between the periods Icy decided he should fly a kite, off of the Zamboni. You can always get a good laugh out of him!! We were even able to stay for a little bit of the celebration. It was awesome to be able to go. Thank You VERY MUCH Papa for standing in line for a hour to get us tickets. Yes readers, that is how long you had to stand in line for tickets. That just goes to show how much Fort Wayne loves their Komets. Lets go Komets!!!

Goslings at the Park

One of the best things about living at the park is that you get to see all of the cute Ducks/Geese. Every year around Mothers Day you can see the little goslings at the park. This Mothers day was no different and we went to the park to watch them. Of course Juju loved them a little to much and could not understand why the goslings started running away every time he got close enough to "hold" one of them. Everyone LOVED watching them waddle around on their little feet. Then just this last Thursday Papa, Dever, and I were bike riding on the green way when we say another family of Geese. They were absolutely adorable!! Enjoy the pictures!!
